Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in an unaltered condition. The product must not have been used, washed, damaged, or be missing original tags.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returns or exchanges, including return shipping.

For partial returns, a comprehensive assessment of the order will be made. Any discounts, campaigns, or offers may be adjusted retroactively if the conditions for the offer are no longer met.

Campaigns and offers
In campaigns where a product is received at no extra cost, such as "buy 3, pay for 2" or a gift with purchase, the offer is only valid if the campaign conditions are still met after a potential return. If parts of the order are returned and the conditions are no longer met, the offer becomes void. The value of the received discount or free product will then be deducted from the refund.

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not collected and are returned to us, a fee of SEK 145 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers shipping, return, and handling costs.
