General Terms and Conditions for Season Merch

Seasonmerch.com is operated by Season Merch, based in Malmö. By completing a purchase on Seasonmerch.com, you agree to these general terms and conditions. The conditions apply between you as a customer (private individual, 18 years or older) and Seasonmerch. We only sell to private individuals/consumers.

Prices

All prices on Seasonmerch.com are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping costs are extra and are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your purchase. The total amount deducted from your payment method is what is displayed at checkout when placing the order.


Payment

Payment is handled via our payment partners Klarna, Swish, and Stripe. The following payment methods are available at checkout:

• Klarna (invoice, partial payment, or direct payment)
• Swish
• Card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express)

All transactions are encrypted and protected by the security systems of the respective payment service. Season Merch does not handle any card details itself.


Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is registered, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your junk/spam folder if the confirmation does not appear shortly. Contact info@seasonmerch.com if you still do not have it.

An agreement between you and Season Merch is considered concluded only when we have sent the order confirmation.


Campaigns, discounts, and offers

Campaigns, discount codes, and time-limited offers apply according to the special conditions stated when each campaign is published. Discount codes are not applied retroactively, and you must ensure that the code is correctly entered at checkout before completing the purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or cancel orders where a campaign, discount code, or offer has been applied in violation of its terms – for example, due to technical errors, obvious misuse, or combinations that were not permitted. In such cases, we may choose to:

• adjust the price or refund amount applicable to the order, or
• cancel the order and refund the entire amount paid.


Offers with a gift or free product

When a campaign means that you receive one or more products at no extra cost (for example, "buy 3, pay for 2" or "gift with purchase over X SEK"), the offer is only valid as long as the conditions are still met after any return. If parts of the order are returned so that the campaign conditions are no longer met, the offer expires, and the value of the gift or discount is deducted from the refund amount. If a refund has already been made, the amount may instead be charged subsequently.

Free products cannot be kept if the products that qualified for the offer are returned.

Delivery

Delivery is via PostNord, DSV, UPS, DHL, BestTransport, or FedEx. Which carrier is used depends on the product and delivery address, and is stated when the order has been shipped. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Season Merch is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delay, please contact info@seasonmerch.com and we will help you further.

Any visible transport damage must be reported directly to the carrier upon receipt. Please contact us in parallel so we can assist you.


Uncollected packages

Packages that are not collected within the carrier's pick-up period are automatically returned to us. For such packages, a fee of SEK 145 will be charged, which is deducted from the refund amount. The fee covers outbound shipping, return shipping, and handling.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to uncollected packages – it requires that you have received the goods.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item, according to the Distance Contracts Act. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us by email at info@seasonmerch.com before returning the item.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the item must be in substantially unchanged condition – meaning unused, unwashed, and with tags remaining. Reasonable trying on, equivalent to how you would examine the garment in a physical store, is permitted.

If the item shows abnormal wear, has been washed, used, or is missing tags, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation or, in some cases, refuse the return.


Returns

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping and for the package reaching us. We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping option and save the receipt until the return is registered.


Return form
A completed return form must always be enclosed in the package with the return. The form is mandatory and is needed for us to link your return to the correct order and process the refund.

The return form can be downloaded here. Print it out, fill in the details, and place the form in the package along with the item(s) you are returning.

Returns lacking a completed return form may be delayed in processing, and in some cases, returned to the sender at the customer's expense.


Exchanges
Season Merch does not offer exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or model, return the original item as described above and place a new order in our webshop.

Partial returns
In case of a partial return, a comprehensive assessment of the entire order will be made, taking into account discounts, campaign terms, shipping fees, and any remaining offers.
The refund amount may therefore be adjusted based on the final value of the order after the return.


Refund
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving and approving your return. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs and invoice fees will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Complaint
If you discover a defect in an item, please contact us at info@seasonmerch.com as soon as possible, but no later than a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovery are always considered timely.

In the event of an approved complaint, Season Merch will cover the return shipping and primarily offer a new item. If this cannot be done within a reasonable time, we will refund the entire amount paid, including shipping.

The Consumer Purchase Act applies to all purchases on Seasonmerch.com.


Incorrect pricing

In the event of obviously incorrect prices – for example, due to technical errors, publishing errors, or manual typos – we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount, even if an order confirmation has already been sent. "Obviously incorrect price" refers to a price that clearly deviates from the normal market price and which a customer should reasonably have realized was incorrect.


Security and personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy. All communication on Seasonmerch.com is protected by SSL encryption. More information on how we collect, store, and use your data can be found in our separate privacy policy.


Ownership

The item remains Seasonmerch's property until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel purchases in case of suspected fraud, false information, or other unauthorized use of our webshop.


Misuse of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to refuse future orders or limit access to campaigns and discount codes for customers who systematically misuse the right of return, campaigns, or discounts.


Force majeure
Season Merch is exempt from liability in circumstances beyond our control that significantly hinder or make our commitments impossible. Examples of such circumstances include natural disasters, war, pandemics, government decisions, legislative changes, labor disputes, power outages, and severe technical disruptions at our subcontractors.


Disputes
In case of a dispute, Season Merch follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can also turn to the EU's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. Swedish law applies to all purchases.


Changes to the terms and conditions
Season Merch reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions published at the time of your purchase are those that apply to that specific order.
